Fried Bananas




Ingredients : 
1.)   15 pieces of banana 
2.)  250 grams of wheat flour 
3.)  5 tablespoons milk powder 
4.)  5 tablespoons sugar powder 
5.)  250 grams of coarse bread crumbs 
6.)  Enough water 
7.)  Cooking oil

Steps: 
1.)   Peel bananas, cut them lengthwise or to taste. Then set them aside. 
2.)  Prepare a separate container. Mix flour, milk, and sugar, stir them until blended. Then add water and bread flour, and stir again until blended. Then set aside. 
3.)  Dip the banana mixture into the flour and bread flour mixture alternately. 
4.)  Fry bananas into a lot of oil till the coated surface is yellow-brownish. If it is already ripe, remove and drain. 
5.)  Serve as drained and still warm.
